Sticky Date Pudding

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C. Store Frozen at -18°C.

Freeze before ‘Chilled Use By’ date. For Use By, see side of pack. Once defrosted, eat within 24 hours; do not refreeze.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

FROM FRESH

Oven: Preheat oven to 150°C fan-forced. Remove sleeve and film. Place date pudding in its foil tray directly on oven rack. Cook for 15-17 minutes or until heated through and piping hot. Film is oven safe up to 250°C.

Microwave: Remove sleeve and film. Put date pudding in its foil tray in centre of microwave. Cook on high for 3 minutes or until piping hot.

FROM FROZEN

Oven: Preheat oven to 150°C fan-forced. Remove sleeve and film. Place the date pudding in its foil tray directly on oven rack. Cook for 20 minutes or until heated through and piping hot. Defrost overnight in fridge for best results. Cook times are a guide. Appliances vary. Do not reheat or refrigerate once heated. Caution: Product will be hot after heating. Handle with care.

Oven & Microwavable Foil Tray: One tray in microwave at a time. Tray must not touch microwave walls. Not suitable for microwaves constructed before 1990.
