ANGUS BEEF LASAGNE

 A hearty, comforting classic the whole family will love. Our delicious slow-simmered NZ Angus beef bolognaise is layered between sheets of fresh pasta, then generously topped with a velvety béchamel sauce, golden mozzarella, and a sprinkle of aged parmesan. Oven-ready and full of flavour — perfect for a fuss-free family dinner.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C. Store Frozen at -18°C.

Freeze before ‘Chilled Use By’ date. For Use By, see side of pack. Once defrosted, eat within 24 hours; do not refreeze.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

FROM FRESH

Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced. Remove sleeve and film. Place the beef lasagne in its foil tray directly on oven rack. Cook for 40-50 minutes or until heated through and piping hot. Film is oven safe up to 250°C.

FROM FROZEN

Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced. Remove sleeve and film. Place the beef lasagne in its foil tray directly on oven rack. Cook for at least 60-70 minutes or until heated through and piping hot.

Cook times are a guide. Appliances vary. Do not reheat or refrigerate once heated. Caution: Product will be hot after heating. Handle with care.
